Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping is available through UPS. Custom fees may apply.

What shipping carriers do you use?

UPS shipping is available worldwide. 

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, most orders leave our seller within 2-3 days.

How long does shipping take?

You will choose your shipping preference through our integrated UPS shipping.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be available upon the buyer purchasing products.

Are all my items shipped together?

It depends on the products you ordered. In most cases, yes, seller will ship complete order upon purchase.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Trading Basses is a marketplace and therefore most items are sold "as is" but we do protect the buyer by not releasing funds to seller until delivery is confirmed.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If there’s a defect or item was not received as sold, let us know after receiving your item. Please do so within 24 hours of delivery. Trading Basses will work with you and the seller to resolve. Shipping fees may not be refundable.
